Aircraft Description
1949 Stinson 108-3 Flying Station Wagon. This is a true classic that turns heads at every fuel stop. The plane was recovered and repainted in 2010 and shows well. It has been upgraded with VGs and 850x6 tires, making it a great performer on grass or pavement.
This is a lot of airplane for the money. It has the useful load to take the whole family up, it performs well enough to spend time in the backcountry, and it's efficient enough to be used as a time builder. You'd be hard-pressed to find a better-priced airplane this versatile and fun to fly.
